4. Smk Methodist(acs) Parit Buntar, Perak.

This school is my old school and it still operates until now. This school become one from historic places in Perak. This because in 1907, a bussiness named Tan Weng Chiang with his son Tan lo Heong traveled to Penang to meet with Rev. G.F .Pykett at Anglo Chinese School in Pineng to get a teacher to teach English lessons to her children and grandchildrens. This is the beginning of the Methodist(ACS), secondary school Parit Buntar. Thats why this place be a historic place.

This school dont have many buildings but it can accommodate large numbers of students. I went to that school from , level 1 until 5 and to me it was a beautiful school with a tree from hundreds years. This school is still in a progress of adding a building or something else for improvement. -Type by Balqis

5. Menara Jam Besar Parit Buntar at Perak.

Tunku Abdul Rahman, the Father of our Country Independence opened the tower at this hour on 24 August 1961 and The Clock Tower at Parit Buntar is symbolic of the prosperity and independence of Malaysia which has been invaded by colonists. i'm always go Char Kuew Tiaw Omaq nearby of the clock tower. Two years after the country gained its independence, in 1956, it was the first time the tower was built.

 

 

  This place has always been the pride of the people of Parit Buntar for its historic. This place is close to the famous restaurant at Parit Buntar. Thats why everyday visit to the place. -Type by Balqis

6. Perak Museum

 The hictoric area of Perak is located in the city of Taiping. The Perak Museum is the first and oldest museum established in Malaysia in 1883 by Sir Hugh Low, a third British resident in Perak. Futhermore, various types of collections and exhibitions are on display. In addition, The Perak Museum building also has its own unique art and architecture and it also the influece of the  "moor" community building in India, and the "neo-classical" and "victorian" society in Europe.

The museum has not been around for a long time but its still feels interesting to visit. So there are many historical places in Perak that remind us of colonial times and the sacrifices of the warriors to keep us safe until now so we must keep the county's heritage from failing into the hands of the colonists again.-Type by Balqis

3. Sungai Kerian, Perak.

The uniqueness of this area its that it is bordered  by 3 states with Kerian River being the border of the three states of Penang, Kedah, and Perak. Besides that this river has a sad story of where on September 13, 1972, a ferry even sunk also loaded with a Chinese National High School student bas. About 27 students were killed along the ferry. It was the black historic of the river, but now it seems to be lucky every days of various activities such as jogging, aerobics, cycling and more and i'm also always visit this place because Parit Buntar is my hometown.

 2. Ban Pecah Beach, Perak .

This place also have a own historic. In the early 1960s this place was originally a fertile paddy field. But locals consider the incident to be a natural phenomenon that ha led to erosion of beaches and waves. But have a myths who said it was the curse of orphans that was plagued with hardship. This beach have a beautiful view.  More than that, this place really close with my village at Kampung Baru Nelayan Perak. If i visit my village i'm comfirmed go to this beach. This beach start famous when locals and outsiders come to enjoy the famous food here, namely fish curry and Mee Udang Tanjong Piandang.

Historical Places in Perak

1.Taiping Lake Park, Perak.

The Taman Tasik Taiping is known as the oldest park in Malaysia. This is because the  Taiping lake park was the first public park to be established British rule ini Tanah Melayu. This lake have a beautiful scenery. This lake is also close to my village in Parit Buntar, Perak that why i always visit this place. This lake was originally an abandoned tin mining site before it was made a public park in 1880.

This my picture at Taiping Lake Park. Look interesting right, many activities are held over the weekend. More than that the activities provided such as cycling, swan riding, balloons and more. Thats why if you visit Taiping you must visit this places too because this lake is so relaxing, beautiful, and soothing the soul.-Type by Balqis
